Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch dialer
2) Enter some number, and there is no cursor in the display panel
3) Tap the display panel

Actual Results
There is a cursor in the display panel

Expected Results
There shouldn't be a cursor since the cursor always stays at the end and cannot be moved around.

This issue is not happening right now in v2.0 and master branches.
It was already fixed in bug 1020140 so resolving it as duplicated
