* Description:
In the process of establishing a call, the “add a call” function should be not available

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Insert a SIM card into the phone
  2. Make a MO call   
  3. Check the “add a call” button during the process of establishing the call

* Expected result:
  The “add a call” button should be marked as gray till the call establish successfully

* Actual result:
The “add a call” button is able to use, and user can go to address book by click it
