We run cppunittests on most platforms, including Android 4.0, but not on Android 2.2 (maybe because the Tegras were soon to be discontinued) and not on Android 2.3. Unless there's a good reason not to, let's try running them on Android 2.3, including 2.3 armv6.

The tegras were left out because they do not use mozharness and it didn't seem worthwhile to do additional work to get them running there when they were going to be discontinued.
armv6 is no longer supported. cppunittests now run on 4.3.
