Please create a generic email box, accessible by the marketplace ux leads that can be 1) set up in bugzilla as a user 2) receive bugs in bugzilla from the automated operator onboarding portal 3) will notify the marketplace ux leads that a new operator launch request has been made and the marketplace marketing badges need to be localized in a new language
it sounds like you want a distribution list. you'll have to file a request in servicenow for that. once the list has been set up, you can use its address to create the account in bugzilla via https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi
