I have stacks and RPM's that deploy latest from github.

Both stacks/instances return 200's for /__heartbeat__

:ckolos, :seanmonstar, and I worked through the issues, and it is now possible to complete a signup flow from https://123done-stage.dev.lcip.org/, which points to, and registeered with, oauth.stage.mozaws.net and profile.stage.mozaws.net (and implicitly to api-accounts.stage.mozaws.net/accounts.stage.mozaws.net). 

There are some issues opened (and PRs) in mozilla-services/puppet-config that need to land and new stacks built to be sure the changes needed for prod are there.

Notably, this issue https://github.com/mozilla-services/puppet-config/issues/576 means that train-14's config will need to be changed before it goes to production, which is a bit of a pain (pulling in a lot of puppet changes we hadn't been running with).

:jrgm - Chris believes that all puppet-config PRs are merged - and you can rebuild and we can redeploy stage.  This might be blocking bug 1025371 - I just want to make sure it isn't.

So, yes, there are no outstanding PR on my part. Auth-server and content-server have been rebuilt (multiple times). :ckolos has re-run puppet to finalize config needs for 123done-stage.dev.lcip.org. 

This does not block bug 1025371. There may be some additions to the config of the oauth server, but the bulk of what has to happen should be Cfn and Puppet configs to build an FMD server stack that points to https://oauth.stage.mozaws.net/v1.
