Details

Some countries require less fields than others and the fields are written in different orders. Once the country is selected, the fields should be arranged appropriately for the country. We may want to consider putting the country selector at the top of the address section of the profile like some web forms do (e.g. at the top of a fieldset) to avoid the form changing after the user fills out address fields in a non-standard way.
