As a user when I create a new autofill profile I would like to reduce the amount of times I have to change the country from the default in the dialog. We should also consider the first-profile case which may be different. Some possibilities: A) Use the last-used (created or modified?) country. B) Use the most prevalent country in the set of existing profiles. C) Use geolocation (IP-based or otherwise) to guess the country. This is especially useful for the first-profile case. Using the locale of the build to guess the country is not good enough IMO. For example, the en-US build is used in many countries worldwide and defaulting all of them to USA wouldn't be very good.
