Because I think we really want Loop Prod notifications passing through SP/Notifications Prod...

I don't think we should enforce anything on the server regarding to the endpoint that should be pinged. If anything, this bug should go to the client side, since they're the ones registering with Simple Push.
Yes this is not directly related to loop-server because loop-server doesn't contact any SimplePush server directly. (There is no configuration about that for loop-server)
