There is no indication on tablet that it is conneted to a computer via usb. An icon on the status bar would be nice. ( The usb icon appears only when usb-storage is enabled)

I can confirm this bug using a Firefox OS tablet and 2.0

In today´s build (2.1, 20140901012406) I notice the USB icon with the usb-storage enabled or disabled. Could someone please confirm?

I think this is true across all devices; on certain devices, we check via if the battery charges - but with flatfish this is a different case. 

I couldn't reproduce what Gabriela has mentioned above.
It can be reproduced in the latest build of flatfish. 20141010
