Fire up that URL, and check out the borders. In particular, note that the
borders rendered on the current viewable screen look fine but that those off the
screen at load time look broken, missing, and just plain messed up. :) If you
reload the page at some location in the page, the borders will be fixed, but
then if you scroll around, it looks messed up again.

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:
1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again
If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.

I'm opening this bug again because I was unable to setup another testcase (long
story). Anyway, the URL that I've noticed problems with is:
http://quatorze.stanford.edu/~bvancil/schedule.html
Try scrolling up and down and notice that borders and background colors do not
refresh properly.

It has been fixed. Because of Bug 119488, I couldn't try a nightly and had to
use an older release. Thanks for the hard work. This makes my day.

It *was* fixed, but I just tried the latest build on Linux, and the problem is
back but slightly different. If you scroll up and down the page a few times,
you'll notice that the horizontal borders are missing. Note in particular the
lack of separation in the yellow blocks at the bottom of the page. I can post
screen shots if necessary, so if this is not what other people are seeing, let
me know.

Borders are broken with huge blockquote.
http://gml-modul.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/gmL?Sprache=de&mode=direct&domain=dhtml-tutorial&webpage=587
This pages causes problems on Linux with Mozilla at least until 1.0rc2. The same
problem also ocurres on Apple Macintosh. There I tested only with Mozilla 0.9.7.
No problem occures on Windows neither with 0.9.7 nor with newer releases.
What happens? The border of the huge <blockquote> is broken at several places.
The background color is correct for the whole blockquote but the border is broken.

The url is not working. The link in comment #8 does not show a blockquote. Even
if one of them would work it would be certainly a dupe of bug 86249.

The page has moved to this new URL:
http://gml-modul.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/gmL?Sprache=de&domain=dhtml-tutorial&webpage=dtd_XHTML1.1_MathML2.0
The problem still occures also with this browser:
Mozilla 1.4a
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030307
