Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.) An incoming call is dialing in to FxOS device.  
2.) The user press on the 'end' button to reject the call.
4.) Immediately upon ending the call, a notification will pop up saying 'Missed Call' from the call that you just rejected and also appear in notification tray.

Expected behavior:
If the call is declined by the user, no pop-up notification should be shown... Nor is it necessary to create a notification in the notifications tray.
