The test_gallery_flick is currently failing intermittently on v1.4. I added a better wait after the flick is done and I believe it's a good improvements for master too.
I actually have an improvement for this in bug 984340, which can be pulled into master/v1.4 independently. See https://github.com/davehunt/gaia/commit/fde68e30eedcc2e8ed721c50108ea8663e3f5d07
