Not sure if that's a WebRTC bug, but when I return from the photo page to the front page, the camera should switch off. Right now it remains on and gives entering the office an odd "am I being recorded" vibe.

The reason it was like that was because it was impossible to tell the browser to remember the decision. This was very recently resolved (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=804611) and I think we're running Fx release on the kiosk computers so I'll need to change if 804611 has made it into Fx 30 yet.

Also, the tricky thing is that when the receptionist sets up the kiosk he/she needs to sign in and click the "Open sign-in sheet" button. That first page doesn't need the camera so there's a chance that the pop-up could appear for people who go beyond that first page. Maybe when clicking "Open sign-in sheet" there should be a test page that checks that the camera works and some sort of instructions for remembering the decision.
