Hi I would like to request a creative resource for an offline support project. In a project this quarter for walk up support, in order to scale we are planning to create business cards with one sentence of support for each of the products. This will also include postcards for each product and will come with instructions. Hey all, Just noticed this bug was filed under websites, so it wasn't on our radar. Future reference: our project initiation form is here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.creative As for the ask, one thing to point out is that I don't think we be making a card for Thunderbird as it is a project that was retired by us and turned over to the community.

Hi all, As Sean says, this wasn't on our radar until now (and he's right about the Thunderbird card). I'll have to check in with Jennifer to see what's possible, but we do have a lot going on right now, so it will entirely depend on the deadline and how big a priority this is. Over all, I think it would be better to do a general support card, rather than make them so specific ("Reset Firefox" is in the process of being renamed, for example, so we'd just have to update that again in a few months). That way they would work for all products and needs. Thanks.

Matej, The plan was to include a short url to the KB article that explains Reset, and the URL will not change even if we rename the feature. We can just rename the feature on the KB article once that change is made. With that in mind can we just tell them with the card that 'Resetting' is the easiest way to get you back up and running again with a link to the article?

True. I'm sure we could describe it without using the name. I'm just wondering if something more generic about getting Firefox help would have a longer shelf life. There also seems to be a lot of info in comment 0. I don't think we'd be able to fit it all on something the size of a business card (though it also says something about a postcard, so I'm a little confused about the actual ask). Either way, I'll try to get back to you soon with what's realistic from our end.

Hi all, Patrick mentioned in comment 6 that we could link to the article explaining how to reset Firefox. Given that the name of the feature is changing soon, I think that would be a better option. I've made that change below using some language we're going to be using elsewhere to describe the feature (could one of you provide the URL?). I also made some other tweaks, mostly for length. I've also attached a v2 option which highlights the main CTA on a white background, similar to how a standard business card often uses a white side to display primary details.
Just had a chat with Matt. He's working on one more version as well. Going to remove the ni? flag for now.

Thanks Matej. As mentioned, we chatted a bit more about this and felt that it would be cleaner and clearer if we kept all info to a common side (the white side) similar to how a traditional business card works. The blue back side acts as a simple lead-in to the info. As it stands the info side follows the hierarchy of 'Visit' and 'Tweet' being equally primary, with the 'learn how to...' CTA as secondary.
