[1.Description]:
In input pin view, press power key to lock screen, then launch camera in lock screen, but it can't be launched ,while input pin view will be shown.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Set PIN
1. Tap dialer icon
**PIN view is invoked
2. Press Powr key to lock screen
3. Slide lock to camera icon

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. Camera can be launched

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. Camera can't be launched directly, and it entered input pin view.  If you tap skip in PIN1&PIN2 view, these views will be shown again to prompt you inputting pin.

I could not reproduce this issue on v1.4 （20140622000201） and v2.0 (20140622000201）, so change status to works for me.
