Steps to reproduce:

I finished FF 30 and tried to start it again. A message appears saying "FF is still running". In taskmanager, the module "Firefox.exe *32" hangs.

Expected results:

FF should start again

Firefox version 31 is out now, is the problem happening with it as well?
