Mozilla navigator window smart scrolling will only activate if javascript is
activated.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch Mozilla with javascript activated notice double arrow smart scrolling
is active in bottom right edge of navigator window
2. deactivate javascript close current navigator window
3. create a new navigator window notice double arrow smart scrolling does not
appear in bottom right edge of navigator window
Actual Results: smart scrolling is inactive
Expected Results: smart scrolling should have been activated whether or not
javascript is active
Yes, it's a duplicate. The state of JavaScript (enabled or disabled) is, in fact, irrelevant to
the problem.
