having quick enabled, using browser, try going work offline, close browser
window open systray quick-launch navigator, start mozilla
doesn't load profile in offline mode.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.having quick enabled, using browser,
choose File->work offline
2. close browser window
3. open systray quick-launch
4. choose navigator5. choose profile->then start Mozilla
Actual Results: Mozilla will not load profile again in offline mode checked
Expected Results: Mozilla should load profile in offline mode with box checked
After unchecking Offline mode in Profile Manager, Start Mozilla will work. ->
goes online.
