Steps to reproduce:

Install firefox 33 nightly, install Empty Cache Button 2.6 addon.
Pressing the button nothing happens and in the terminal the error is:

JavaScript error: chrome://emptycachebutton/content/button.js, line 111: NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED: Component returned failure code: 0x80004001 (NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED) [nsICacheService.evictEntries]
Please contact the author of the extension. Mozilla cannot fix it.

Is a mozilla bug, because Mozilla Firefox 33 broken the addon, NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED.

Yes, the add-on needs to migrate to the new cache API.  Please do what is suggested in comment 1.
