STR:
* Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1015985
* Open the attachment in a new tab, let it load completely.
* Save the attachment.
What happens:
* Download size reported as 12.9KB, although the file size shown on disk and on BugZilla is 44KB.
I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of bug 943843 because in this case the Download size should be known.

I think this still depends on bug 941063, while the size should be known it may still be decoded

Bug was fixed in early 2015 in version 38. Do you still see this problem?
