At least one user's Sony Z2 Tablet (not Z2 phone, yes Sony has a tablet and a phone both called Z2 which is silly!), Flash doesn't work:

Here's an attachment of my device info from the Sony Xperia Z2 I received today. I installed all my updates, installed Firefox 33 Beta from the Play store, installed Flash 11.1.115.81 from Adobe's archive, and loaded the game URL. It took a couple minutes for the game to load but it load eventually and was playable.
