As part of bug 1014194, I've implemented support for detecting when Firefox is running in Windows compatibility mode. We should record this in FHR as well so we can tell users that they shouldn't be running in compatibility mode.
Yes. We probably don't want to automated-test this, but manual testing would be valuable.
