OK, ownership transfer and rename is done, with Laura's help. Redirects are in place, so the originally name still works.

Dustin, how do we get relengweb updated to pull from the new location?

I think you can just change the .git/config to point to the new location.  Are the necessary deploy keys set up to allow relengwebadm to push to the repo, too?
Repo is moved, and I've updated the checkouts on relengwebadm. I'm pretty sure this is done...I'll be watching the cronjob to make sure everything still works.
