Steps to reproduce:

have a 3d infinite rotateY animation for an element with some text, apply some border
have the parent to animate scale between 0.5 and 1

adding css3 perspective aggravetes this bug


Actual results:

the text along with its element was rotating in a jittery or wobbly manner.



Expected results:

it should rotate smoothly without jitter...

its not some device hang issue... Its in the rendering itself...

happens on hardware accelerated devices with switchable graphics i suppose (HP Probook 4540)..
I did not see the bug on my other laptop with integrated graphics..
