Cyrillic characters.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.make sure Java plugin is loaded !
2.visit http://sedmoycanal.com
3.watch the text being scrolled in the upper right corner of the
page - it should be obvious.
Actual Results: Unreadable text is being scrolled by Java plugin
Expected Results: Readable text should be displayed/scrolled.
The bug was discovered at the same time as bug #102635, the problem
should be seen as one reproduces conditions for bug #102635.
I am not sure whether the component I chose is the right one.

This is an OJI bug. Transferring to that module.

Yes, I verified on Linux redhat 6.2 with jre 1.3.0 (branch build: 2001-10-03-04-
0.9.4), on the upper right corner of the page, the texts are un-readable.
However, it works fine on windows 98 with jre 1.3.1 (branch build: 2001-10-05-05-
0.9.4) and netscape 4.x though.
Sergei, I will attach the screenshot demonstrating the fonts and it's ok on
windows 98 with jre 1.3.1 (branch build: 2001-10-09-10-0.9.4). However,
on linux redhat 6.2 with jre (branch build: 2001-10-09-04-0.9.4), the fonts
are incorrect like lot of small squares.
Sergei, Did you see the same problem like my screenshot on linux?

I think this is not bug of OJI. This is responsibility of java plugin
to display text correctly. I think that it either problem in
configuration (problems with localization and the appropriate font.properties)
or bug in java plugin. I couldn't compel the Mozilla to display text correctly.
I'm going to investigate this problem

Just tried it with 2001111606 under Linux and java 1.3.1-b24, the plugin you are
offered to download. I can see only boxes. ---> NEW
No crash or hang here, so I am lowering the severity to MAJOR.
