### STR
1. Make a call to a non-contact or contact without photo.
2. Change the wallpaper to something not the same as the current one.
3. Make a call to a non-contact or contact without photo again, not necessary to the same as in step1.
4. Call photo is not updated.
5. Make another call, call photo is updated.

### Actual 
1. Call photo is not updated.
