It seems like we are trying to parse dmesg and causing segmentation fault from [1]. You can see exact crash timestamp in logcat [2]. I think that this is a dup of bug 964537 which appears to have landed on 2.0 and not on 1.4
I just put an approval-mozilla-b2g30? request in for bug 964537
