This patch provides a sidebar for bugzilla for mozilla/netscape6

provides some common code for the sidebar...
 
sidebar.cgi:
 
the actual sidebar...
 
sidebar.patch:
 
the patch to update defparams.pl, globals.pm and index.html to include the
sidebar code
 
sidebar_homepage.patch:
 
additional patch for a dynamic homepage (see another bug that proposes the
dynamic hompage page)
 
sidebar_quicksearch:
 
enhancement for quicksearch to support a different window for the target of a
search.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
- Mozilla or Netscape 6

ludovic: several of the patches you are submitting already have bugs.  Can you
look up the existing bugs and post the patches there instead of filing new bugs?
 I hate to mark a bug as a dupe that has a patch on it.

I did this for the first bug and forgot to do it afterwards...
I'll look up and see what I can do for the next bugs...
Anyway I'm done for today concerning submissions.. I still need to package the
other modifications we did to bugzilla...
