Steps to reproduce:

[with Composer of SeaMonkey 2.26]
Edit a navigation frame containing hidden <tr> elements (style class with display: none; used for sub-menu items).


Actual results:

hidden elements are not visible


Expected results:

an option is needed to edit all elements, including hidden ones,
Trying to raise importance to "major" because many users will face this issue as a severe obstacle.

Although a workaround is possible: use style e.g. class=hide (doesn't need to exist), transform to hidden with initial JavaScript (onload)... Nasty workaround, though.
