Steps to reproduce:

1. Run an server with a site that uses a web font.
2. Load the site.
3. Activate the DevTools
4. Activate the "Disable Cache" setting in DevTools.
5. Change the font on the HTTP server.
6. Reload the browser.


Actual results:

The browser continues to use the old, cached font.


Expected results:

The browser should honour the "disable cache" option and reload the font from the server.
