Flame
1. setup wifi
2. turn off wifi
3. tap on rocketbar
4. type in "www.google.com"
Expected: an error message that we are offline
Actual: Google gets looked up.
Note:

retested on a different site that I haven't been to on the site and the browser will show :
"Unable to connect
Tap to check settings"
