102748 - No way to make Netscape 6.1 default browser after first run

The first time you run Netscape 6.1, it will ask you if you want it to be your
default browser or not.   At that point if you choose not to make it your
default browser, there is no way to make it your default browser later on. ??

In Netscape 4.x you were able to edit the file prefs.js and change the
wfe_ignore_def_check line to false and it will work.

There is no way to do that in Netscape 6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. when you first run netscape 6.1, don't make it your default browser
2. then try to make it your default browser ... you wont be able to.

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
