This test case is based on TSPC_OPP_2b_2 option which is not supported.
Source Channel ID: 0x0041
Result: Refused - PSM not supported

We currently don't support OBEX over l2cap, and I think bluedroid also doesn't expose that l2cap socket. In theory, we don't support it.
I think PICS OPP Server TSPC_OPP_2b_1/ 2b_2 shall be disabled.
We currently don't support OPP 1.2 currently for over l2cap feature. To support it will be new feature anyway. I remember the PICS we used to provide only OPP 1.1. So close this bug, feel free to open new bug for it.
