Start integrating new styles from the MVP mockups

Details
We should start porting the current "styles" of Loop MLP to use the ones provided with the MVP mockups.
Current questionning:
1. If any, what's the validation status of the webdesign?
2. Darrin's using SCSS to compute his final stylesheet; if we want to reuse his work, do we want to keep this tool?

I'd prefer to bound our risk to the changes we actually need. It would be interesting to know the motivation for using SCSS here, as well as how much work it would be to just use and maintain the existing (generated) CSS.

It is still early, though probably represents something close to the final approach. It is missing a bunch of states (various states of connect/disconnect, etc) which may (or may not) impact the design you see there.

This is just a personal preference for spec work like this, I like to use variables so I can change colors/sizes easily, etc. I'm not biased either way for the final implementation.
