Add LaTeX IME

LaTeX is a markup language used in many sites (e.g. Wikipedia) as the way to input math expressions. Add an IME that handle LaTeX will be a great enhancement.

Add LaTeX IME

I think here there are code related with other issues so I only commented on those related to the LaTeX IME. I clearing the mark of feedback, please add it again when you have solved the issues or ni me if you want to discuss some particular comment.
