(Whiteboard: [events][june27])
* Spoke w. Chris about this today.
* Goal: we need to make it easy to integrate event data with a handful of key partner platforms. It's a win-win. More events for us on our platform, more exposure for our events on there's, + vise versa.
* What we need:
1) A prioritized list of partners
2) A plan for each. API integration, getting our devs talking to their devs, etc.

I feel like I'm missing a bit of background. Matt, could you jot down a couple basic user stories so I can wrap my head around it?

Wex are two:
- ReMos are some of our best Maker Party ambassadors. They run events, lead training, grow community. Mozilla Reps already have their own events platform and no desire to switch. How can we pull in in events tagged #makerparty from ReMo site into ours to display them in calendar and count contribution.
- MacArthur funds this work, but has a wrapper for their education summer campaign, Make Summer. They need to pull in events from our platform to fill their calendar and highlight Maker Party as key initiative for them.

So I think in terms of scope, we ought to focus on those 2 use cases:
-Pull from ReMo platform into Webmaker events
-Make sure our events appear on the MacArthur platform
We can iterate from there. Mixing this with the spreadsheet option in the other ticket should be an improvement.

The NWP educator innovator also seems to be the same platform as the MacArthur site, so we can investigate what pulling in their events might look like.

* These are now being filed as individual tickets of work for [july11] sprint.
e.g., Bug 1030944 - Push Webmaker.org events to "Make Summer" and "Educator Innovator" platforms

And here:
Bug 1030958 -- Display events from Moz Reps platform on Webmaker.org events platform
* As documented here:
https://etherpad.mozilla.org/event-partners
* Therefore, marking this one closed. Work will proceed in those two tickets.
