1027870 - Clicking on Voicemail notification not calling voicemail

STR:
1. Place an incoming call.
2. Reject the incoming call and leave a voicemail.
3. After the phone receives the voicemail notification then reboot the phone
4. On reboot, the phone shows the voicemail notification again
4. Click on the voicemail notification

Observed: The dialer app is not launched and the call to voice mail is not made.
Expected: Call to voicemail should be placed.

Note that pressing 1 from the dialer app is working as expected. Also clicking on voicemail notification works fine before the reboot on step 4. Its only after the reboot the voicemail notification doesn't connect to voicemail.

The issue is observed on 2.0 branch.

Actually looking at the commit in comment 1 - that's a 7 day old commit. We should check on the latest 2.0 build to confirm.

The issue still reproducible with

This issue seems lot like bug 1027446 and bug bug 983459 with the difference that voicemail works fine as expected before the reboot. Its after the reboot when clicking on voicemail icon doesn't launch the dialer app.

FYI, I am seeing the same issue with the email notifications; don't work after the reboot.

If it's after the reboot, then it's a dupe from bug 1017821.
