I can't resize the "saved passwords" window. When inContent preferences is off, it works.

Bug 752197 and bug 1021618 will change how resizable dialogs work, so we should wait until those bugs are fixed before approaching this one.

Duping forward since bug 1037049 covers more in-content pref dialogs that fail to resize, but should all take the same approach to fix.
