Description:
Opening a smart collection on the homescreen then closing it after the collection page has fully loaded results in a "missing" icon represented by the default rocketship placeholder icon. The smart collection icons that have not been opened appear normally.

Rebooting the device does not resolve issue (icon is still default). User must delete, then re-add the collection to resolve issue (icon displays as corrected).


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140620040204
2) Open smart collection by pressing icon
3) Close smart collection screen after page fully loads

Actual:
Icon for smart collection displays default placeholder.

Expected:
Icon for smart collection displays as expected.

Nomming as a 2.1 blocker - Smart Collections seem a major and commonly used feature and the bug LOOKS bad and requires drastic steps to remedy (delete and re-add the collection)
