1028560 - Please disable the servo bors cronjob

While we are in transition, please disable the servo bors cron job on buildbot-master-servo-01.srv.servo.releng.use1.mozilla.com. We have temporarily disabled it from the cron job, but know it might get restaged on us. Thanks!

Attachment: Remove cron job

bhearsum is away for a couple of weeks, so we may be a bit slower to handle Servo requests. 

From the look of http://www.lars.com/servo/travis/2014/06/11/servo-travisci.html bors will not be re-enabled later on this host, so this change will to remove the bors call.
