when typing in the URL bar, the autocomplete window may show
a scroll bar. In this case, the scroll bar behaviour is weird.
It seems that when you click on the bar cursor and move your mouse
(down for instance), the bar cursor starts to move only after the mouse has been
down for some distance (that seems equal or very close to the distance between
the bottom of the bar cursor and the bottom of the bar.
Same behaviour with the arrow "histoty" button of the URL bar.
Hope this is clear enough. Don't remenber such behavior w/ previous
builds
Reproducible: Always
