102877 - Add recent folders drop-down to file picker (history)

If you download a file mozilla goes automaticly to the last dir, but it dosn't
remember the dir's you selected before.
e.g.: The first file (somezip.zip) saved at /home/me/super.
      The secend file (anotherzip.zip) saved at /home/me/duper.
      The third file (someanotherzip.zip) saved at /home/me/another.
      If you have a history like the url textbox you could have selected
       /home/me/duper.

Mozilla uses native file pickers on Windows and Mac, so this bug might only 
apply to Linux.

Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.
