User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140605174243

Steps to reproduce:

Go to any page that has a scrollable sub-element in it. For example: https://github.com/israelipirates/occupy-wifi

Scroll the code element to the right.

Actual results:

Upon scrolling, all the element text disappears. After a few seconds the text is rendered properly, until scrolled again.

Expected results:

Proper scrolling of the element, without affecting the element rendering.

Can you go to Help > Troubleshooting Information, copy the raw information to the clipboard (there's a button for this) and attach it here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=1029079&action=enter ? There's a button to paste the attachment in which you can use to paste the relevant data.

Also, if you go to the Firefox Preferences, under "Advanced", on the "General" tab, can you try unchecking "Use hardware acceleration when available", and then restarting Firefox and trying if you still have the same problem ?

Sure. If you could add the name of your graphics card and your Mac model to bug 987497, that would be very helpful.
