User taps Contacts App with contacts previously saved or create new contacts. When user goes to Contacts settings and selects Export contacts and choose either Bluetooth, SIM or Memory Card, the user sees the Settings menu of Contacts reappear prior to going to the Contacts list to select for export. This is neither graceful nor visualized during Flame 1.4; thus the decision to report. 

Pre-requisites:
1. Have at least one contact previously saved.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140623000201
2) Tap Contacts App and select gear icon to access Settings
3) Tap Export Contacts and select Bluetooth, Memory Card or SIM 
4) Observe device behavior 

Actual:
Briefly Settings screen appears then window transitions to Contacts list

Expected:
Window transitions to Contacts list without seeing Settings Screen 

Notes:
Repro frequency: (10/10, 100%, etc.)
Link to failed test case: None. Exploratory testing around existing test case discovery of this issue.

This issue DOES reproduce on Flame 2.1, Buri 2.1, Open C 2.1, Buri 2.0, and Open C 2.0

The setting screen will breifly display, then the user will be taken to a list of contacts when in the export contacts menu and selecting either "SIM" or "Memory Card"

This seems to be a minor regression. I had to reproduce this issue more than once to actually see what the tester was reporting here.

This is not a bug. 

It is the intended implementation, as in order to enter edit mode for contacts, first we need to go back in settings, then go to contact list and finally enter edit mode.
