102917 - Cannot see full description of a long title in History Sidebar

currently, there are no way to see the full description of a long title in 
History Sidebar. One of the reason that we have long descrition in History is 
because ftp aceess.

For example, go to sweetlou and try to download a build, the entry in history 
will look like "Index of 
/product/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2001-09-20-11-0.9.4"

reproduce procedure:
1. get a long title into your history (for example, go to sweetlou as above)
2. open sidebar
3. open "History" tab
4. try to locate the entry

expect result:
have a way to find that entry, either 
a. the sidebar should allow me to resize to whatever width I want or 
b. the entry which been truncate should show a tooltip while my mouse on it. 

actualy result:
have NO way to see such the full text of such long descrition. When I mouse over 
it, it won't show a tooltip to show me the full text. When I try to resize the 
sidebar, it only allow me to resize the width to a certain width (and then 
stop). For example, I can only see
"Index of /product/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2..."
instead of
"Index of /product/client/seamonkey/windows/32bit/x86/2001-09-20-11-0.9.4"

This make History sidebar very difficult to use with ftp URL, or HTML without 
title but with long URL
