STR
1,Press power button to turn off the screen
2,|adb shell b2g-ps| find the PID of homescreen
3,|adb shell kill PID| to kill homescreen
4,Press power button to turn on the screen and unlock the phone
Results:
  The icons on homescreen are all overlapped.

Both Dolphin and Flame have this issue.

Homescreen killed by LMK is not an edge case, we just use "adb shell kill <homescreen pid>" to reproduce it.
Yang, please verify this issue with bug 995886 1.4 patch, thank you.

The patch in bug 995886 in comment 86 is ok for this issue, I already landed it under sprd_patch.
