User Story
As a signed-in FF browser user in a call, I can see the other party's name, avatar and the call duration.
During a call, a signed-in desktop client user should be provided the following information:
* Call duration
* Friendly name of the other party (friendly name of the contact if logged-in user or invitation name if not logged in user) or e-mail address if friendly name not available (only applies to logged in users)
* Other party's avatar if available or default avatar

I don't think this is needed for the first release of FxA & contacts/direct calling.

I've split this into several bugs as this was a meta:
- In-call duration display is bug 1029431
- Avatar display is bug 1066257
- Other party's name is bug 1066263
They all block appropriate new meta bugs.
