I don't have a lot of useful info to add to this bug unfortunately because I have been unable to say for sure what's happening here, but I notice that sometimes a bug that I've changed myself through the Bugzilla UI shows up in the dashboard. In a lot of the cases, these are bugs that I comment on in order to add a TBPL link when I land something (bug 1028679 comment 3 for example.) I usually close these tabs very quickly and don't wait for long for the post_bug.cgi page to load completely, I hope that's relevant information for diagnosing what's happening here.
