Details

Running master (2.1) on Keon: I enable SIM PIN in Sim security, then restart the phone.

When the phone restarts, I don't get any request to insert the SIM PIN. 

Signal icon doesn't show up at the top of the screen, in the notification tray I see a message from Costs about the SIM being locked, but nothing else. Even if I open Dialer I don't get any request to unlock the SIM.

If I go to settings and disable the SIM PIN, signal icon shows up normally after entering the PIN.
QA Wanted to check this on Flame.

It doesn't happen on Flame. Tried both pvt build (2014-06-24), and flashing the last version.

Besides the fact that opening the Dialer did't prompt you for the pin, it sounds like the same thing as bug 1035739. Is that still the case?
Still seeing this on my keon, looks like a duplicate even if this one is older (the other one has more info).
