Description:
When user quickly taps on external links the web browser opens multiple links.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140625000201
2) Open Settings > Improve Firefox OS
3) Quickly tap 'Learn More' multiple times
4) Repeat steps 2-3 until bug occurs
Actual:
Browser app is opened with multiple tabs of the same link.
Expected:
Browser app opens and only displays one tab with the link.
